To place an order, select your preferred item from the Catalog page and visit its product detail page. Review the product information and measurements, then select “Add to Cart.”
At checkout, provide your complete and accurate contact, shipping, and billing information. To ensure accurate delivery to your address, please include details such as your building name, unit or suite number, and company name, if applicable.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order acknowledgment email confirming that we have received it. A separate shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
All orders are processed in US dollars (USD). Any other currencies displayed are estimates only. The automated currency conversion is provided as an approximate reference in your local currency to help you make an informed decision on pricing.
We aim to process and ship orders at the earliest opportunity. A processing time of up to three (3) working days may be needed before your order is dispatched. All orders are prepared from our stockhouse in Metro Manila.
We accept credit cards and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and JCB) through our payment partner Xendit, and PayPal.
All sales made on Prior Matter are final for reasons of change of mind or buyer's remorse. As such, returns and exchanges are not currently accepted if the customer simply changes their mind about the purchase.
Items that are returned by the courier to Prior Matter are not subject to refund. Reshipment must be paid for by the buyer; subject to standard DHL Express rates as displayed on our Shipment page.
Prior Matter reserves the right to cancel orders for pieces that for any reason have become unavailable at the time of purchase, and/or at our sole discretion. In such cases, we will provide you with a full refund.
