Orders and Payment
Making a Purchase

To place an order, choose your preferred item on the Catalog page, and visit your selected item’s product detail page. Review product information and sizing and select “Add to Cart”.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order acknowledgment email to indicate our receipt of your order.

Order Processing

All orders are processed in USD ($). The converted currencies displayed are only estimates. We’ve provided an automated currency conversion feature to help you in making an informed choice on pricing.

We aim to process and ship orders at the earliest opportunity. In some cases, a processing time of up to 3 working days may be needed before your order is dispatched. All orders are prepared from our stockhouse in Metro Manila.

Payment Methods

We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and JCB), and PayPal.

Refunds and Cancellations

All sales made on Prior Matter are final for reasons of change of mind or buyer's remorse. As such, returns and exchanges are not currently accepted if the customer simply changes their mind about the purchase.

Items that are returned by the courier to Prior Matter are not subject to refund. Reshipment must be paid for by the buyer; subject to standard DHL Express rates as displayed on our Shipment page.

Prior Matter reserves the right to cancel orders for pieces that for any reason have become unavailable at the time of purchase, and/or at our sole discretion. In such cases, we will provide you with a full refund.
