Drawing from traditional Japanese dress, Prada’s Spring/Summer 2013 collection used straightforward silhouettes against floral motifs to explore contrasting ideas of femininity.
Made in wool sateen, this skirt is cut to a spare, minimal A-line shape. On the front are rectangular patches, one with a graphic monochrome flower print that recalls the Japanese plum blossom.
