  • From the Pre-Fall 2017 collection, this asymmetrical shirt from Céline is an inventive take on the classic button-up. Made in soft melange wool suiting, the shirt is cut to a slightly oversize, masculine fit, and notably features an extended shirttail.

    The extended shirttail is an addition; a separate panel seamed to the sides of the shirt. It is further secured by large buttons at the top. A discreetly placed buttonhole on the rounded hem lets the shirttail be fastened to the cuffs, the front placket, or the reinforced buttons inside the shirt, allowing the hemline to be shortened or draped in different ways.

    In effect, this shirt becomes a modular garment whose silhouette can be transformed as desired.
